Job Scopes:
Dismantle of fan coil unit.
Dismantle of electronic control and drainage device.
Clean and wash the fan coil unit and all parts with chemical.
Vacuuming and Flush entire drain outlet pipes.
Check on seals and joints of pipes for leakages.
Check on belts, nuts, tightness and corrosion.
Check refrigerant level (P.S.I.)
Testing & commissioning of the system after each servicing.

Term and Conditions:
- Includes 60-days service warranty
- Not include cleaning of the outdoor condenser, gas top-up, spare parts replacement and troubleshooting services
- For reservation or appointments; please SMS or WhatsApp 81306699 for inquiry or booking.
- Normal Working Hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Mon - Sat)
- Cash Payment must be make upon job completion.
