Cashless Upgrade Project in Albania 🇦🇱

Recently, we worked together with our local partner to complete a multi-scenario cashless project in Albania.

The solution was deployed across:

• Washing machines
• Dryers
• Camper water service stations

The goal was simple — make everything fully self-service and cashless.

To better fit local user habits, we also integrated local payment gateway, enabling QR-based payments through a widely used local gateway.

This allows users to:

• Pay without coins or banknotes
• Use familiar local payment methods
• Complete transactions quickly and independently

From laundry services to utility stations,
more self-service businesses are moving toward flexible, localized cashless solutions.

We recently completed a cashless laundry payment project in an apartment building in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The laundry room is equipped with Electrolux washing machines and the EQLink cashless payment system, supporting Tap-to-Pay (NFC) and QR code payments.

Designed for an international residential community, the system also accepts Visa and Master card, enabling foreign residents to pay easily with their own cards.

Residents can simply load their clothes into the washing machine and continue with their day. Once the cycle is complete, the EQLink app will notify them when it’s time to collect their laundry.
