Sharing my reflections on the past 2 months working as part of the team… For all of us working on the application for programme was a huge learning experience. Horizon provides quite strict and very detailed guidelines on the aspects that need to be well thought through and planned under the project. Also, as required, we put together a 3 year work plan with the list of work packages, tasks, deliverables and milestones and clear responsibility for each from particular participants of the consortium. We had a solid business plan before, but I would say, now it is much deeper and more detailed. To put together the strong consortium we had to find several partners we were missing in order to cover all important areas of the theme we selected. We reached out to many people we worked with before , we used Horizon platform’s partner search functionality and got connected with new people, some of which introduced us to the others they knew. of which Life Trace part of in Portugal also helped us with introductions. So with many people’s help, we were able to create our consortium as well as build new partnerships beyond it. Overall, Horizon sets very high standards and as we worked to ensure we meet them, important discussions were driven among the project team. Precious 2 months, great experience, very valuable for the progress of the project. Gratitude to all partners!

Last week Life Trace together with the partners of the Consortium established, submitted an application to https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/home

The theme of this fascinating project is “Sharing understanding of the constantly changing nature of cultural heritage through digital co-creation and personal and family identity storytelling”.

The name of our proposal is “LiST. Life StoryTelling - Sharing understanding of the constantly changing nature of cultural heritage through digital co-creation and personal and family identity storytelling” Our project includes academic and marketing research, developing services based on the research outcomes and then, using these services to validate the research.

The amount of work completed by the Consortium Team in the last two months was so dense, that could have been done in half a year under normal circumstances.
Our Consortium is comprised of 8 participants, each with deep expertise and vast competencies in the area of their responsibility in this project:
• Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal) - Academic and marketing Data driven and Social Sciences and Humanities research in the area of cultural heritage
• Kebeta, LLC (Ukraine) - Architecture design, software, AI and Web 3.0 research and development
• Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF RADIO ELECTRONICS (Ukraine) - AI research,
development and integration
• Horizon Institute NGO (Sweden) - Exploitation, Dissemination, Communication
• IT SOLUTIONS, S.L (Spain) - Platform and data security, GDPR compliance, overall project technical supervision; local dissemination (GTM) in Spain

We at Life Trace provide tools and space for people to create, save and share memories of their dearest or of their own life as digital heritage. Life Trace engages family members and friends into creating dear memories, expressing love and appreciation.
We use innovative technologies to create digital heritage, such as MemoMovie for joint documentaries, MemoBook to assemble pictures into printable booklets and soon - MemoNFT for unique digital objects dedicated to the hero of the page.

We have been working for a while on developing our platform and launching our service. And it is coming very soon Our pilot service will be free of charge and we would appreciate you signing up, using it and providing your feedback to us on what you like and what can and should be improved.

When and why you may want to use Life Trace?
1. Celebrate a family member anniversary with a dear gift: create a movie and a website about a dear person, have family and friends post their memories, photos, and videos
2. Tell your story to family and friends, leave the memory for future generations: create the Live Album about yourself
3. Reconstruct your family's history in one space and collect all the memories of its members
4. Have your elder relatives spend their time with joy: have them fill in their own site with memories of their lives, have your younger relatives or volunteers and caregivers help them
5. Create an online memorial of a loved person who passed away: have family and friends join together to do this.
6. Initiate a school project - use our service as a tool for a to enable students to reconstruct the history of their family
