Concrete Roofs
We evaluate the existing system and decide whether to remove, rejuvenate or apply over the existing system. All these systems carry guarantee if maintenance coats to be applied after every three years. These are some product used for the treatment of concrete roof.
• Hot Bituman
First Primer coat then followed by the single or double coat of hot bituman (10:20).
• Polyester Felt
First primer coat then single coat of hot bitumen 10:20 and 60:70 with a ratio 70:30 then laying of polyester felt and last the coat of hot bitumen’s 10:20 and 60:70 with a ratio 30:70.
• Polyester
First primer coat then single coat of hot bitumen 10:20 and 60:70 with a ratio 70:30 then laying of polyester and last the coat of hot bitumen 10:20 and 60:70 with a ratio 30:70.
• Chemicals
Use of chemical for the roof including the Sika Bituman (Sika) and Master Seal 420(BASF) before screeding. And for water tanks and bathrooms we use Sika Seal 105(Sika) and Master Seal 501(BASF) which are nontoxic.
• Membranes
It’s a fiber base bitumen sheets which r used for the waterproofing before or after the screeding. Till date it is a most reliable waterproofing system used around the world. Manufacturer warranties exceed 10 years for this system and this system is reliable for 25 years minimum. We use two types of membranes SBS Self adhesive and APP torch applied.
• Geo Membrane
This is a PVC based product recommended in water tanks, water reservoirs, and other crucial places. Tiled Roofs
The system is conventional insolation method but still very effective if combined with polystyrene boards Extruded or Non. Submerged Areas
