📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER TO ALL OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS
At Spin Haven Laundry Shop, we always do our best to handle every customer's laundry with care and transparency. 🤍
Recently, may mga instances po na may customers na nag report na may ilang damit daw na nawawala sa laundry nila. Upon carefully checking our CCTV footage and laundry records, we found no evidence that the said items were brought into our shop or included in the laundry orders submitted to us.
For everyone's peace of mind, we would also like to assure you that we have 5 CCTV cameras covering our laundry area, and we are always willing to review the footage whenever there are concerns regarding your laundry. So please don't worry we take these matters seriously and we do our best to ensure that your belongings are properly handled while in our care. 🧺🤍
At the same time, we kindly ask our customers to also be responsible in checking and keeping track of their belongings before sending them for laundry. While our staff will always do their best to take care of your clothes, we also hope that the responsibility of accounting for personal belongings will not always be placed solely on our staff, especially when there is no evidence that the item was included in the laundry we received.
