Job Description:
Inspect and repair plumbing systems in condo units and common areas
Fix leaks, clogged drains, and faulty faucets/fixtures
Maintain water lines, toilets, and drainage systems within residential units
Respond promptly to tenant/homeowner plumbing concerns
🎨 PAINTER
Job Description:
Perform wall touch-ups and repainting for condo units and common areas
Prepare surfaces (patching, sanding) before painting
Ensure clean, neat, and professional finish for move-in/move-out units
Coordinate with building management for scheduled painting jobs
⚡ ELECTRICIAN
Job Description:
Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures in condo units
Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure safety compliance
Perform routine electrical maintenance for common areas and individual units
Respond to urgent electrical concerns from tenants/homeowners
