LAUNDRY SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing our laundry service. Please read our shop policies carefully.
1. Customers are responsible for checking and declaring all items included in their laundry. Please provide an accurate checklist of all garments and other items submitted.
2. We will not be held responsible for any missing or lost items that are not included in the customer’s declared checklist.
3. Please check all pockets before submitting your laundry. We are not responsible for money, jewelry, documents, gadgets, or any other valuables left inside garments.
4. Stains that have already set, color fading, shrinkage, fabric wear, or damage due to the age or condition of the garment cannot be guaranteed to be removed or prevented.
5. Customers must inform us of any delicate fabrics, special care instructions, or existing damage before processing.
6. We are not liable for damage caused by manufacturer defects, weak fabric, poor stitching, or items that are not suitable for machine washing or drying.
7. Laundry not claimed within 30 days from the pickup date may be disposed of or donated without further notice.
8. Please inspect your laundry upon pickup. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
9. Our liability, if proven to be due to our negligence, is limited to the reasonable value of the affected garment or the service charge paid, whichever is lower.
10. By leaving your laundry with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
