MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
CHEMICAL ENGINEER
DISPATCHMAN

MAINTENANCE TECH (specialized in PLC & Instrumentation)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Instrumentation and Control, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
-Technical vocational certification in industrial automation or instrumentation.
-Relevant work experience, typically: 1–2 years
Diagnosing a PLC fault from a simulated machine problem.
-Interpreting a wiring diagram and identifying a failed component.
-Calibrating a pressure or temperature transmitter.
-Explaining how to troubleshoot a process loop with unstable readings.
-Demonstrating how to safely isolate equipment before maintenance.
-Describing the steps to replace and test a faulty analog input module.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of Electrical Tech or Electro-Mechanical Tech
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as they have experience as an intern in a related field.

CHEMICAL ENGINEER
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of BS Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related course.
-Preferably Licensed Chemist / Board Passer
-With at least 1–3 years of related work experience or exposure in the manufacturing industry.
-Experience in roofing, insulation, construction materials, or related industries is an advantage.
-Knowledgeable in QA/QC procedures, laboratory testing, chemical analysis, and product evaluation.
-Knowledgeable in handling chemicals use in roofing products
-Familiar with safety procedures, and environmental compliance is an advantage.

DISPATCHMAN
QUALIFICATIONS:
