All complaints must be made within 48 hours of claim. Anything filed thereafter will not be honored.

LEILUX LAUNDRY cannot be held responsible for missing buttons, shrinkage, stretching, color fading, or shedding (HAWA) if not instructed to have special care of fabric. Customers have the responsibility to inform the attendant that their garments require special attention.

Items not claimed after 30 days will be charged double the cost stated on the receipt, and after 60 days, the company is authorized to dispose of the said items at their discretion.

Claims settled monetarily will not exceed PHP 1000.
