I just wanted to refresh everyone of our prices and Ts&Cs, especially with the surge of new clients over the last couple of days!
Just a heads up, we will be registering for GST in October, which does mean an additional (but claimable) adjustment to the prices on your invoices! I am gobsmacked that we have almost reached that point with this little business, so I thought I'd post a heads up well in advance!
✨️ 2025 Price list ✨️
🌻Hourly Rates + GST
- Solo Cleaner: $55/hour
- Two Cleaners: $95/hour
- Team Clean (3-4 cleaners) : $125/hour
🌻Regular Cleaning Services
- Weekly Clean (2-3 hours): $135+gst
- Fortnightly Clean (2-3 hours): $135+gst
- Monthly Clean (3-5 hours): $260+gst
Travel charge will apply for those 15km from waipukurau.
🌻Deep Cleaning Services + GST
-Small Home (1-2 bedrooms): starting from $350+
- Medium Home (2-3 bedrooms): starting from $450+
- Large Home (4+ bedrooms): starting from $650+
- Hoarder/Biohazard cleans: starting from $1000+
(prices vary depending on hours spent cleaning and how many cleaners are needed for the job)
Deep cleans can be half days, a full day or multiple days depending on the level of cleaning that is required. I will no longer set a time slot for these cleans.
🌻 Tennancy exit/moving cleans + GST
Exit cleans and moving out cleans are tackled by 3-4 cleaners starting from $600, depending on the size of the house, cleanliness level or if its an abandonment clean, price will differ! 😊
✨️NOTE✨
️I do have a payment plan system in place for those who really need it and won't abuse it. We want to help you and your mental health, but we won't want the cost to scare you away! Pm to discuss 😊
🫧 we provide all product and equipment to complete these jobs, we also take away all refuse to the dump! 🫧
🖇Additional Hours
For homes requiring extra cleaning time, outside of our standard packages, additional hours will be charged at $35/hour.
Urgent/Weekend Cleans.
Any clean that requires urgency. Whether it be out of our normal hours or on a Weekend will cost a bit more than our typical working hours as we clean from 9am - 5pm everyday and the weekends are our recovery/down time. These cleans will also required upfront payment before or on the day.
Minimum Booking Time
Please note that there is a minimum booking time of 2 hours. Jobs requiring less than 2 hours will still be charged as 2 hours.
** Special Note **
Booking Policy
To confirm your booking, a $50 deposit is required. Please note that this deposit becomes non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice.
Exit cleans and Deep cleans will require a 50% payment before we start the job. If the clean is canceled, you will be refunded that payment, less the $50 deposit.
No pay, no clean!
This policy is in place to ensure we have sufficient time to fill the scheduled slot and avoid losses. As wages must be paid regardless, your understanding is much appreciated 😊
