Some of you might have heard already...

It is with a heavy heart that we are now selling this business.

Sometime last year, Tradewaste came to visit our site and they told us that we need to install Oil and Grit separators because the water that comes from our washing does not go to the sewage line. Please note that before we even started this business, we asked the council of any requirement or if there's anything we need to do or install if we are to put up a car cleaning business and they know exactly where we intend to have the business. And they said NO, we don't need anything and that the business can go as planned.

Lo and behold came this notice from Tradewaste.

We already got a quote of how much the installation would cost. Understandably, the building owner is not keen to spend that much for the building and we don't have any more extra for such expense.

This was a shock to us BUT we just couldn't do anything.
Hence, we are here now, hoping to sell this business to someone who can have the financial capacity to install that oil and grit separator (reason why we are also selling the business at such a low price).
