One of my more tricky jobs this week!
Tenant had decided to self treat stain with rug doctor solution.
Photos show the damage caused by poor application. After treatments to remove the rug doctor solution, I then started on the stain!

By the end it was barely noticeable but if it hadn't been messed with i would of got it out much sooner.
Stains? Call a professional carpet cleaner! 😊

Credit where it is due!
As a lot of you know already, we like to support and shout out local businesses when they absolutely deserve it. And given that we just finished moving house, we called in some expert backup!
Shimmering Reeds - Residential Cleaning was incredible at an end of tenancy clean. Fast, professional, and the previous landlord had nothing but nice things to say about the old place.
Aakland Commercial came in and gave the carpets a new lease on life. Any stains, spills, or pet hair were no match for his equipment and expertise.

Both of these small business are local to North Canterbury, so if you are ever in need of their services then get in touch! Tell em we sent ya!
