A: I thoroughly screen every applicant, references, background checks, affordability, and rental history. I’m not about rushing placements, I’m about getting the right tenant.
Q: How long does it take to rent out a property?
A: It depends on price, presentation, and demand, but with the right marketing and pricing, most properties can be filled quickly. I also offer free rental appraisals to get this right from the start.
Q: Where do you advertise rental properties?
A: I advertise across multiple platforms including Trade Me, Facebook, and local community groups, plus I already have a database of people actively looking in the Far North.
Q: Do you manage maintenance too?
A: Yes. this is where I’m different. I don’t just manage, I also organise/do cleaning, lawns, and maintenance. You don’t need to deal with multiple contractors , I handle it all.
Q: What happens if a tenant doesn’t pay rent?
A: I follow strict processes. communication first, then formal notices if needed. Everything is handled professionally and in line with NZ tenancy law to protect you. Building trust and communication is key at the start of every tenancy to prevent issues like this.
Q: How often are inspections done?
A: Routine inspections are usually done every 3 months. I provide detailed reports with photos so you always know how your property is being looked after.

A: Yes I make sure your property meets all Healthy Homes standards and stays compliant so you don’t get caught out.
