We have started this page called Rent a Piece in the hope to rent our favourite pieces out to you all. We are located in Dunedin, but at times we will also be located in Christchurch and Hawkes Bay. Our rental fees include overnight, tracked postage both ways and dry cleaning on each item. When renting a piece it is expected that you will post the item back to us (within the prepaid postage bag pr
ovided) on the next working day to ensure that we can get it sent to the next person renting the item, if not returned in time we will charge you 50% of the rental fee, and if it is so late that we cannot send it on we will charge you another 50% to cover the following weeks rent. When renting a piece off us, to secure the booking we expect the payment to be made at the time, otherwise it will still be available to others for rent. If the item is returned damaged, the person held responsible is expected to reimburse the retail price of the garment, on top of the rental price. You will also be expected to cover the costs of lost future rentals that have been booked prior to the damaged garment being returned. Trying on garments before purchase will be strictly restricted to Dunedin residents. Feel free to contact us and we will set up a time that suits. There will be no refund for customers who do not end up wearing the item, do not feel it suits/fits them when the item has been sent, or last minute do not wish to rent the item once the booking is made. On payment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
