Have you spilled something on your upholstery?
Put a damp white towel over it (prevent colour transfer from the towel to the chair) and give us call to clean it.
Leaving a damp towel over something that’s just been spilled on will keep it moist, giving us a higher chance of being able to remove it. (This only works if it’s fresh)
Use lukewarm water for best results, do NOT use hot water as that can set the stain, or basically dye the fabric, which is much harder to remove.
If it’s an old stain, we can still try to move it.
(Please note that we can’t guarantee a complete stain removal, some stains can still be visible depending on what kind of fabric it is and how long the stain has been there)

Window cleaning

For washing outside windows we do a pre-rinse using a “pure water” (deionised water) system which draws the grit out from the glass and removes any loose bits off the panes. This lowers the chances of your windows being scratched when they are brushed down. The brush is soft bristled which cleans without marking the glass. Using a brush also means we clean the window frames as well (brush is only used for outside).

After scrubbing, we do a final rinse. This washes off any impurities that may have come off from the window frames or surrounding surfaces.

The pure water system takes the minerals out of the water. (Such as calcium which can leave little spots on your windows). This leaves your windows crystal clear. (Please note, some double glazed windows can have imperfections inside the glass which we can not remove)

For inside windows we also use pure water with regular squeegees and blades.

What is the best way to look after your leather upholstery?

Cleaning your leather upholstery pulls the grit and dirt out. Leaving it clean and ready to be conditioned.
We use a bottle with a foaming mechanism inside, which cleans the leather better and it can cover a bigger area.

Conditioning your leather keeps it soft and extends its life. When it’s conditioned your leather stops cracking and breaking down.

The leather cleaning and conditioning products are made here in NZ by Pelle, and are considered the best in the world.

For the best care of your leather upholstery it’s recommended that you have it cleaned and conditioned once year.

This photo was taken back in 2011.
What you are looking at is a wasp nest. This nest has started on the outside of this building, as the nest got bigger they ate through the wall and started expanding their nest inside the building. (The property had been shut up) This is about after 4 months.
