Grab bags available, these bag are amazing. So versatile with lots of uses. I have the one in the last photo, it holds a lot of groceries. Great to put your child's lego or toys in, easy to transport them. Overnight bags, baby toys, nappies,clothes, easy to carry.

A huge variety of goods come into the shop for repairs.
This week a gazebo from a buisness.
When these are made the corners have only 2 lots of stitches on the corners. These are the first to let go and come apart.
By adding in a webbing support on the stitching this now gives it 6 support stitches, much stronger when it sits on the frame.
I use strong thread that is designed for outdoor use, it won't breakdown in the weather

Sometime the most amazing job comes my way.
Today I changed out a panel in a handbag. My customer loves this bag, right size and shape, certainly didn't want to trow it away. It had a hole in the bottom corner, so I replace the whole panel, some machine work some hand sewing. Turned out brilliant. Same with the leather gloves the stiitching had come undone. They are all fixed and will last alot longer.

It's a bag making afternoon, I put my customers sewing repairs in a bag for them to take them home, not keen on paper. I get curtain samples and make into bags, once they are in there bags and named I know they are finished. Just that extra touch for a small buisness.

Got a request from a customer to make a waterproof bag for his emergency skids that sit on top of his ute canopy. I've used recycled signage, waterproof, strong and durable. The one I had here was a advertising sign for Fords, how appropriate. Turned out brilliant. The webbing straps are actually seatbelts.

And this is the reason I love my job, I get lots of different repairs to do.
