Good News tank owners! We are now free to take your orders for deliveries the next day. We are all caught up and no longer have a waiting list.
As some areas have not had much rain it is a good idea to check your water level so we don't end up in the situation we have been in for the last 3 months where everyone ran out of water at the same time and the rain didn't come.

Greetings to all tank owners WE HAVE GOOD NEWS! We have thankfully managed to catch up on deliveries and can now deliver the next day to you.
Some areas have not received much rain at all so it is a good idea to check you tank level in case you are running low. We don't want to be in the situation we have been in over the last 3 months where we had everyone running out of water at the same time. We are free to take your orders now. Greetings to all you tank owners and bulk water users.
As of today 14/2/2020 we are booked out until the 15th March and are currently running 3 days behind in our deliveries. I think it's time to step up the rain dances!!
We are taking orders for 16 March onwards but cant promise that it will be that day unless we can manage to catch up.We really are trying to get water to all those who have booked deliveries and realise how hard and frustrating it is to be without water. Our phones are ringing from daylight till well after dark ten or eleven even. We cannot answer every call because the line is busy. For every call we take we are missing 2 or 3. So please be patient and keep trying. This is a very stressful time for you as well as us and your patience would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sinbad here from Absolutely Whanga Water.Wishing all my loyal customers and friends a very merry xmas and a safe and happy new year. We had a small amount of rain yesterday but not enough to fill your tanks. Good idea to check the level in your tank so you don't run out unexpectedly. We will be closed xmas day (need one day off a year) so please don't run out of water on xmas morning! Ho Ho Ho to you all. Sinbad

Happy New Year to all. Hope you have a happy and safe year and don't run out of water!
We will be closed on New Years day and open for business on the 2nd January. So please don't run out of water until then.
Thank you to all of our customers for being patient over the last two months while everyone has been running out of water and every job is urgent. We have tried to please everyone and get you some water even if it hasn't been quite the amount you would have liked.
Keep checking your tanks as the dry is not over yet!

Hi all, a heads up to all tank water owners, if you haven't checked your tank for a few days, do it now! The lead time for us is 4 days with some of our customers out of water and have been for a few days. From what I have heard this is about the same for all carriers on the Peninsula. There doesn't appear to be any rain in sight for the next couple of weeks and then we need at least a couple of days rain to make any difference to your tank level .DON'T wait until you run out to order!
Our truck has been off the road for two days and we are now playing catch up.
Very stressful time for all of us.
Thanks for your patience and understanding we are doing the best we can to get your water to you.

Merry Christmas to all, just 11 days to xmas everyone. Don't forget to check your water lever in your tank- we have had a tiny bit of rain so don't get lulled into a false sense of security thnking you have plenty of water - check your level. The demand is on the rise! You don't want to run out a few days short of xmas when you have extra visitors. We can book you in a few days in advance of when you might need a delivery.

Hi there, now the rain has come it's a good time to check that you are receiving all the water you should be. Check the state of your gutters and downpipes to ensure the water can flow into your tank.A dirty tank can be dangerous for you and your families health.
