On 9th September 2025, due to violence and fire during the protests, our Maharajgunj and Koteshwor branches were completely destroyed. However, both Naxal and Bhaktapur branches are safe. The Naxal branch is currently under renovation, while Bhaktapur is fully operational.

The fire during the protests destroyed our communication devices and data servers. This caused a delay in informing you, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. 🙏

We are ready to serve you again. Pick-up and delivery service is currently available for Maharajgunj, Koteshwor, and Naxal branches. The Naxal branch is under repair and operating with limited services.

२०८२ भदौ २३ गते, आन्दोलनका क्रममा भएको हिंसा र आगलागीका कारण हाम्रो महाराजगञ्ज र कोटेश्वर शाखा पूर्णरूपमा नष्ट भएको छ। तर, नक्साल र भक्तपुर शाखा दुवै सुरक्षित छन्। नक्साल हाल मर्मत भइरहेको छ भने भक्तपुर पूर्ण रूपमा सञ्चालनमा छ।

Respected valued customers of Bhatbhateni Dry Cleaners,

The recent violent protests and fires have caused devastating destruction. Bhatbhateni — a backbone of the nation that has not only served all of us but also provided livelihood and employment to thousands of Nepalis — has been completely destroyed. For many years, Bhatbhateni has contributed by providing affordable quality goods, employment opportunities, and social services, and today’s loss is a shared grief for all of us.

At our Naxal branch, our brave staff risked the fire to rescue your clothes. We are also relieved to inform you that the Bhatbhateni Dry Cleaners building in Naxal has remained safe. However, due to gunfire and blockades, we were unable to recover clothes from our Maharajgunj and Koteshwor branches, and those buildings were burned down. Fortunately, our Bhaktapur branch is safe.

We want to reassure you that our factory is safe and our services will continue. Although our showrooms are not currently in operation, we will contact you as soon as communication facilities are fully restored. The Naxal showroom will reopen soon after repair works are completed, and the Bhaktapur branch is already open.

हालैका हिंसात्मक प्रदर्शन र आगलागीले भाटभटेनी सुपरमार्केट — देशको मेरुदण्ड, जसले हामीलाई मात्र होइन हजारौँ नेपालीलाई रोजगारी र जीवनयापनको साधन दिएको थियो — पूर्णरूपमा जलेर नष्ट भएको छ। भाटभटेनीले वर्षौँदेखि सस्तो र गुणस्तरीय सामान, रोजगारीका अवसर र समाजसेवामा योगदान गर्दै आएको छ, र आजको यो क्षति हामी सबैका लागि साझा पीडा हो।

हाम्रो नक्साल शाखामा, साहसी कर्मचारीहरूले आगोभित्र पसेर तपाईँका कपडाहरू सुरक्षित निकाले। साथै, नक्सालस्थित भाटभटेनी ड्राइ क्लिनर्सको भवन पनि सुरक्षित छ। तर महाराजगञ्ज र कोटेश्वर शाखाहरूमा रहेका कपडाहरू गोलीबारी र अवरोधका कारण निकाल्न सकेनौँ र ती भवनहरू पनि जले। सौभाग्यवश, हाम्रो भक्तपुर शाखा सुरक्षित छ।
