Madworks’ first time at the Verbano Model Show was a blast! We brought some special prizes with us, and a huge thanks goes to our friends and the judges for helping us pick the winners from such a sky-high level of scratch-built models.
( We combined this trip with some family sightseeing, making VMS the very first model show my kids have ever attended! Having my hands full with the kids meant I couldn’t take as many pictures as usual. )
However, I’m excited to share this album featuring our Madworks prize winners and a few other incredible builds that caught my eye the second I saw them!

Last weekend, we had a great time in Stresa!
If you're a modeler, combining the Verbano Model Show with sightseeing around Lake Maggiore is a must. It’s the perfect mix of history, art, and our favorite hobby!
The show itself is world-famous for its incredible figures and military scale models, we were also happy to see the mecha/sci-fi fantasy category growing.
A huge thank you to the organizers Verbano Model Show Italy for their hard work, and our deepest gratitude to Fabio Besani and Model Team Shop for the supports, for the warm invitation and hospitality.
Some nice talk with Jan Merhaut , Suzume Shun, Silvano Rossi,Marko Corini, Francesco Pigili, Diego(Dr. scale model) and many other great modelers.. make our trip become unforgettable memories. Grazie mille! 🥂
