GET UP AND FLY.

“For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: But the wicked shall fall into mischief.” Proverbs‬ ‭24‬:‭16‬ ‭KJV‬.

Dearly beloved and friends, everyone at some point in life, is susceptible to failures, falls or rejections. For every fall, however, we must get up, gather strength and move on again.
But a critical stage comes, when we confront ourselves and commandingly say- “enough of these falls, I must start flying like an Eagle”
We must be personally determined never to fail nor fall again but take our rightful status, with the help of the HolySpirit. AMEN.

Here are enviable and great examples:

1.King David: Had a great fall with Bathsheba, got his hands soiled in innocent blood, caused occasion for the enemies to mock God.But….

David repented, never went those routes again; got fully restored and flying and so, became a man after God’s own heart. (Act 13:22)

2.The Prodigal son: While away from home, he was riotous in living and spending, went down, eating animal feeds, so horrendous. But……

He repented, ran back home, voting to be a hired servant, but the loving father fully and joyfully restored him to his erstwhile position, living in royalty. (Luke 15:18-24)

3.YOU: Do get up and start flying. Jettison your past errors, failures and falls and be truly empowered to mount off with wings as the Eagle.
Yes, that’s where you are destined to be, far beyond the highest mountains and demons.
Now fly Eagle fly, will you?(Isaiah 40:31)

What to do:

•Thank God that you did not die in your errors.

•Covenant with your heart to stay with God.

•Avoid pathways of former errors and falls.

•Focus on the Master who knows the way.

•Give praise to God and pray ceaselessly.

Main Prayer in Jesus' mighty Name:

Father, please make me more than a conqueror in battles of life; make me soar like the Eagle.

AMEN.

KEEP CRUISING, THE FINAL DESTINATION IS HEAVEN.
AMEN.

Believe in Your Dream by Sam Acho
Mark9:21-24
Your dream may seem crazy but it's yours. Believe in it. You may have dreams tens of millions or you may have dreams of ten. No matter what your dream is, believe in it. If you don't believe, no one else will.

Miracles happen when you believe. There's a story in the Bible of a boy who was demon possessed. Since his childhood this boy hadn't been right. Until he met Jesus. After a bit of conversation & the inability of the disciples to help the boy, Jesus met the boy's dad with a question.
"He asked the boy's father, 'How long has this been happening to him?' And he said, 'from childhood. It has often thrown him both into the fire and into the water to kill him. But if You can do anything, take pity on us and help us!'" The father heard about Jesus. He knew about His miracles, knew about His power but there was still a little doubt.
Jesus called him out on it: "'if You can?' All things are possible for the one who believes." I love how direct Jesus' statement is. There's no doubt, no confusion in his words & tone. All things are possible to him who believes.
The story could end there but it doesn't. Immediately the boy's father cried out and said, I do believe; help my unbelief!

I believe this story is an example for us. An example for those who semi-believe, who almost believe. Lord, I do believe but help my unbelief. A simple yet powerful prayer. Jesus would go on to heal the boy but I believe the father was also changed forever. Miracles will do that to you. So will believing. Believe in your dream.
Have a miraculous Saturday

Pr8:8

Lady Wisdom never says anything wrong, unreasonable or contradictory. Solomon here taught the perfection of God's through his continued personification of wisdom as a desirable woman (Pr8:1-7). The perfect wisdom he described is in Scripture, for the wisdom of natural men is only folly and the wisdom of holy men is tainted with folly.

If you are tired of wrong propositions, wrong conclusions and wrong applications, then you need the words of Lady Wisdom. You need the Bible. If you are sick of men contradicting one another and their own selves, causing universal confusion, ignorance and strife, then you need the solid foundation of perfect words of Scripture (Is8:20).

It is wisdom to trust every word in the Bible and to hate every false way (Ps119:128). It is your duty to find the Word of God, read it and believe it to obtain its wisdom. No matter what subject is addressed, the truth and wisdom of Scripture are absolutely pure from corrupt thinking and are absolutely final in authority. Let God be true!

Have a faithful Friday

When You Jump into a Pit by Beth Moore
Ps19:13
You can jump in. Before you take the plunge into that pit, you can be well aware that what you're about to do is wrong, probably even foolish. But the escalating desire to do it exceeds the good sense not to. You had time to think & then you did exactly what you meant to do even if the pit turned out to be deeper & the consequences higher than you hoped.

You, like me, probably do what you do because you want to. You like the trip. You don't necessarily like the cost but, like all vacations, a great trip can be worth the expense. Job33:29-30
Each of us will ultimately do what we wants to do. Christ asks, "What do you want, child?" How will you answer that question? Ezra9:9

The problem with us pit-jumpers is that we don't want to hear God's warnings when we get close to a pit. So we stick our fingers in our ears before we jump. This is by far the most dangerous & supremely consequential way to get into a pit. Motive is huge to God & so is character. Primarily His character, which we are created to emulate; and He will not be mocked. The very segment of Scripture where we're told God won't be mocked is strategically centered in the context of reaping what we sow- Gal6:7-9. God looks intently not only at what we've done and how, but also why we did it. Ps40:8; 1Pet1:14-15
Have an obedient Thursday

Living Courageously by John Eldredge
Josh1:6-7

Joshua knew what it was to be afraid. For years he was Moses right-hand man. Now it was his turn to lead. The children of Israel weren't just going to pick up the promised land like a quart of milk; they were going to have to fight for it. And Moses was not going with them. If Joshua was completely confident about the situation, why would God have to tell him over & over again not to be afraid? In fact God gives him a special word of encouragement: Josh1:5.
How was God "with Moses"? As a mighty warrior. Remember the plagues? Remember all those Egyptian soldiers drowned with their chariots out there in the Red Sea? It was after that display of God's strength that the people of Israel sang: Ex15:3.

God fought for Moses & for Israel; then He covenanted to Joshua to do the same & they took down Jericho & every other enemy.

So long as we walk with Christ, stay in Him, we haven't a thing to fear. Rev12:11
The most dangerous man on earth is the man who has reckoned with his own death.
All men die; few men ever really live.
The less we are trying to "save ourselves," the more effective warriors we will be.
Have a courageous Wednesday

Walk Away from Worry by Max Lucado

Imagine your whole life untouched by worry. What if faith, not fear, were your default reactions to threats? Envision a day, just one, absent the dread of failure, rejection & calamity. This is the possibility behind Jesus' question, "Why are you afraid?" (Matt8:26)

Fear may fill our world but it doesn't have to fill our hearts. It will always knock on the door. Just don't invite it in for dinner & for Heaven's sake, don't offer it a bed for the night. The promise is simple:
We can fear less tomorrow than we do today.
What storms keep us awake? Subsidy removal? Bandits? Disappointment? Health challenges? Not meeting up? Delays? Unproductiveness? Issues of life? Might it be that God views our storms the same way?

He handles the great quaking with great calm. The sea becomes as still as a frozen lake & the disciples are left wondering, Matt8:26-27. What kind of man indeed.
God's Words for our worries: "The Lord is my light & my salvation; whom shall I fear? Ps27:1; Matt10:31; 6:25; 14:27; 10:28; Lk12:32; John4:1,3
