With all due respect, His Excellency, Chief Barrister Nyesom Ezebunwo Wike, the Executive Governor of my dear Rivers State, I would really wish that opinion pool is carried out for some of the flyover projects. I respect your desire to beautify Rivers State but as a residence on Mgbuoba road, I think I can give an insight to the real challenge of the road, especially RUMUOKWUTA-NTA road through Uzuoba.

HERE'S MY TAKE:
The road will rather need an expansion on both sides than a flyover. Reason being that the crowd from Choba, Rumualgu, Ogbogolo, Uzuoba and Mgbuoba all use the tiny narrow road and the narrowness of the road can no longer carry the huge crowd and traffic flow on these areas I've mentioned, especially during peak periods which is mostly morning rush for school and work then the evening periods starting from 4pm. It is worst when there's a slight faulty vehicle on the road like the usual waste trucks that has become a recurring decimal

Secondly, there should be more turning points between NTA - LOCATION junction and NTA - OBIRI KWERE junction as we currently have only 1 turning point at NTA which causes drivers to either always hit location before they can turn into their street or drive all the way to National OPEN UNIVERSITY at obiri kwere to turn back into their streets.

Thirdly, the major meeting points which are LOCATION junction and OBIRI KWERE should be made a very massive wide opening without pavement reaching the edge of junctions to enable the vehicles to have a better navigation as these junctions serves as a meeting/converging point for several cars coming from several areas.

Eg look at location: Ada George drivers meet there, rumuokwuta drivers meet and Uzuoba drivers also meet there, if the open spaces at the location is very massive without the pavement getting to the junction, it'll give all these drivers a better navigation into their directions.
Conclusively, I'll suggest that you send some team of evaluators to carry out a survey and get feedback from the real day to day users of that road. Asking them what they think about FLYOVER at location OR ROAD EXPANSION. Thank you sir
