THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE MY BUSINESS FACED IN 2024
One of the major challenge I faced this year 2024 in my cleaning services business is the lack of some very important cleaning equipment. Equipment like industrial scrubbers, dust extractor and industrial vacuum cleaners.
It was a challenge because some clients were insisting I carry out their cleaning jobs with those equipment. Some of the clients do not want manual cleaning. So I was not getting certain important cleaning jobs. It was really a big challenge.

HOW I OVERCOMED THE CHALLENGE
So what I did to overcome this challenge and keep my business going, was to partner with some other cleaning services companies that have these industrial equipment. When I get cleaning jobs that requires industrial cleaning equipment, instead of refusing these jobs, I reached out to a company that has these equipment. Though my profit is drastically reduced, I just want to keep those relationship going. I am trusting that 2025 I will get a good deal that will enable me buy my own industrial cleaning equipment.

I started this business four years ago and it is duly registered. This business is one that will create jobs and create a cleaner environment.

I started this business because I have realized that a clean and healthy working environment helps to promote the well-being of employees, and this will in turn increase their productivity. I am motivated to run this business because of my love for a clean environment and my desire to create jobs for others.

We offer professional cleaning services in offices, banks, companies, factories,residential homes, etc. Presently, we have four cleaners (working in our client's office). We hope to employ more cleaners as we get more clients. We have sent out proposals in a bid to get more more jobs. We are committed to creating jobs and a clean environment.

My business is creating jobs and helping to create a clean environment for workers ,family members and the society at large.
