*BOILING WATER BEFORE PRODUCTION DOESN'T REMOVE THE HARDNESS. LET ME EXPLAIN*
Hard water contains calcium and magnesium that interfere with cleaning agents. Boiling removes some bicarbonates but cannot remove sulfates or chlorides.
Using boiled hard water still weakens foam, reduces cleaning power, and can cause soap scum.
For reliable results, use softened water like distilled or reverse osmosis, or add chelating agents like EDTA before production.
Some may say they’ve used boiled water without problems. But have you tested your soap over time like 12 months or more?
Produce one batch with treated water, another with boiled water. Bottle both, leave them on the shelf, and test effectiveness after a year. Only then can you compare results accurately.
The right water ensures your product performs every time.
