Location: Foursquare International Conference Centre, Orisumbare Idimu, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-Time (3 days on and 3 days off)

Qualification: Minimum of WASC; Vocational training or certification in electrical installation and maintenance (e.g., NABTEB, City & Guilds) is preferred.

Job Description:
Foursquare International Conference Centre is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical wiring, safety regulations, and have proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical systems within a building environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control equipment such as lighting systems, power outlets, and distribution panels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with relevant Nigerian electrical codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team and communicate clearly regarding electrical issues and solutions.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe and good working condition, reporting any defects or needs for replacement.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
• Maintain records of electrical work performed.

Desirable Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of generator operation and basic maintenance.
• Commitment to safety protocols.

Salary Range: N80,000 – N90,000.

Foursquare Idimu is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Assist with monthly remittance of PAYE, consumption tax, and pensions,
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Manage inventory controls for all supplies and purchases
• Supervise the petty cash float
• Provide support to the Finance Department as needed

Qualifications:
• Minimum of OND in accounting.
• Minimum of Two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Accountant or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary Range – N100,000.00 – N130,000.00

1. ELECTRICIAN: the ideal candidate will assist the technical manager in ensuring that electrical and mechanical items are well maintained. The candidate should also have knowledge of electrical trouble shooting and installation. OND or Trade test certification is required

2. PLUMBER: A well experienced plumber with knowledge in trouble shooting, maintenance and installation. The person would also be responsible for ensuring adequate supply of water at the Centre, and ensure that plumbing items procured are in good condition and of good quality.

3. LAUNDRY MAN: the ideal candidate would be responsible for ironing of bedding including duvets; ensure that fabrics are cleaned in line with the cleaning instructions on such fabrics. The person would also be responsible for ensuring that bedding are cleaned as at when due.
