As tailors / Fashion designers , we work for long hours, bend our backs, strain our eyes, and think a lot. If you don’t rest, your body will force you to rest through pain, stress, or burnout.

Why rest is important for a tailor / Fashion designer :

1. It protects your back, eyes, and hands.

4. It keeps you motivated and consistent.
