Eliminating grease, dirt, oils and unpleasant odours, using naturally occurring bacteria stimulated by enzymes that act as biological catalysts. An enzyme is defined as being protein catalyst of a specific bio-chemical reaction and the use of enzymes to improve the biological degradation of organic matter is well known. The enzymes are produced insitu by mixing yeasts and molasses under specially controlled conditions and incorporating certain additives which provide nutrients for the growing enzymes and provide a buffer solution that maintains a pH level within optimal limits of 3.5 to 8.0
