Abix Facilities Management (PVT) LTD is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site operations and service delivery
• Lead and manage on-site teams effectively
• Communicate and coordinate with clients professionally
• Identify opportunities and support business growth
• Ensure quality standards and operational excellence
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confidence in meeting and engaging with clients
• Ability to take initiative and drive results
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, facilities management, or a similar role
• Proven experience in team leadership and client coordination
• Valid driving licence
