ඇයි අපි හැමෝම තවමත් ඉරිතලන ටයිල් පස්සේ ලක්ෂ ගණන් සල්ලි නාස්ති කරන්නේ?

පොඩ්ඩක් හිතන්න, ඔයාගේ ගෙදර සාලේ ටයිල් එකක් කැඩුනොත් ආයේ ඒ වගේම එකක් හොයන්න රස්තියාදු වෙන්න ඕනේ කාලයයි, මුදලයි ගැන. හැබැයි "Terrazzo" කියන්නේ ඒ වගේ නෙවෙයි; ඒක එකම ගලක් වගේ තනි පෘෂ්ඨයක්. විද්‍යාත්මකව බැලුවොත් මේක "Monolithic Slab" එකක්. සාමාන්‍ය ටයිල් වල තියෙන "Joints" මෙතන නැති නිසා ඔයාගේ පොළොව ඇතුලේ වතුර බැසීම් හෝ දිලීර වර්ග (Fungus) හැදෙන්න ඉඩක් ලැබෙන්නේ නෑ.

ටෙරාසෝ පොළොවක තියෙන ලොකුම වාසිය තමයි "Customization." ඔයාට කැමති ඕනෑම පාටක්, ඕනෑම "Marble Chips" වර්ගයක් දාලා ලෝකේ කාටවත්ම නැති විදිහේ Art පීස් එකක් ඔයාගේ සාලේ ඇතුලේ මවන්න පුළුවන්. ඒ වගේම මේක අවුරුදු පනහක් ගියත්, ආයේ සැරයක් පොලිෂ් (Grinding) කරපු ගමන් අලුත්ම එකක් වගේ බැබලෙනවා.

හැබැයි මෙතන "Catch" එකක් තියෙනවා. ගොඩක් අය කියනවා ටෙරාසෝ කාලයක් යද්දී ඉරිතලනවා කියලා. ඇත්තටම ඒක වෙන්නේ ටෙරාසෝ වල වරදකින් නෙවෙයි, සිමෙන්ති සහ චිප්ස් අතර තියෙන "Chemical Ratio" එක වැරදුනාමයි. හරිම මිශ්‍රණය සහ පියවරෙන් පියවර ග්‍රයින්ඩ් කරන විදිහ ගැන අපි Sri Lands YouTube channel එකේ ඉතාමත් සරල "Technical Guide" එකක් දාලා තියෙනවා. ඒක බැලුවොත් ඔයාට ඔය භය නැති කරගන්න පුළුවන්.

මතුපිටින් පේන දිස්නයට වඩා, මේ වගේ තීරණයක් ඇතුලේ තියෙන ගැඹුරු අර්ථය පොඩ්ඩක් ළං වෙලා බැලුවොත් ඕනෑම කෙනෙක්ට තේරෙනවා. ඇත්තටම අපි ගේ හදන්නේ අල්ලපු ගෙදර අයට පේන්නද, නැත්නම් අපේ මතු පරම්පරා දෙක තුනකටම නිදහසේ පාවිච්චි කරන්නද?

අඩු මිලකට වැඩියෙන් වටිනාකමක් එකතු කරන මේ වගේ Smart Living ක්‍රම ගැන අපි Sri Lands හරහා නිතරම කතා කරන්නේ ඒකයි. ඔයාගේ ගෙදරටත් ටයිල් දානවා වෙනුවට, ලෝකේ ඉහලම පැලැන්තියේ හොටෙල් වල පවා අද ආයේ ජනප්‍රිය වෙන මේ "Terrazzo Art" එක ගැන හිතලා බලන්න කාලය හරි. මේකේ තියෙන ඇත්තම සුවපහසුව අත්විඳපු අය අදටත් කියන්නේ "ටයිල් දැම්මා නම් අපරාදේ" කියලා.
