Following the successful issuance of ICT equipment to Ngawa Primary School by the Nyandarua County Government, led by the Chief Officer for ICT and Revenue, Mr. Charles Nderitu, NYANDAWAS also engaged residents of the Ngawa area in a consultative meeting on water service delivery.

Led by the Technical Manager and the Area Manager on behalf of Management, residents shared the water supply challenges affecting the area. We appreciate the community for their active participation, and all concerns raised have been noted for immediate action.

The meeting also discussed the recently drilled borehole by Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency, which is set to be handed over to the community. NYANDAWAS respectfully appeals to CRVWWDA and the community to allow the Company to manage the borehole to ensure sustainable, reliable, and quality water services for the benefit of all residents.

We appreciate the continued support of the Nyandarua County Government and the leadership of H.E Dr. Kiarie Badilisha in bringing essential services closer to our communities through collaborative engagement.

Yesterday, Nyandarua Water and Sanitation Company Ltd (NYANDAWAS) held a community engagement meeting with residents of Gathudia following the successful resumption of operations at the Gathudia Borehole.

The meeting provided an opportunity for NYANDAWAS to interact with residents, create awareness on the company’s services, share information on customer support channels, and highlight the importance of working together to ensure sustainable water service delivery within the area.

The engagement was led by the Commercial Manager Gerald Kamau on behalf of the Managing Director, CPA Dickson Kinyua, and brought together members of the community who shared their views, concerns, and expectations regarding water services.

Today, Nyandarua Water and Sanitation Company Limited (NYANDAWAS), led by the Managing Director, CPA. Dickson Kinyua, together with the Finance Manager, CPA. Joel Gichuki, hosted officials from Consolidated Bank of Kenya for a strategic engagement aimed at exploring opportunities for commercial financing.

The bank delegation comprised Wario Galgallo, Relationship Officer – Corporate Banking, and Anthony Ngethe, Relationship Manager – Government & Institutional Banking.

The discussions centered on innovative commercial financing solutions that can support the Company's infrastructure development, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability in delivering reliable water and sanitation services to the people of Nyandarua County.
