In conjunction with KSA, we demonstrated how immersive space experiences and astrotourism are adding innovative value to Kenya’s tourism landscape.

Our 4-day Astro-Tourism Training at Serengeti Explorer, Tanzania, brought together passion, science, and African heritage to redefine night-sky experiences. The program equipped tour guides with practical skills, scientific understanding, and cultural storytelling techniques—ensuring they can deliver immersive, world-class stargazing adventures to guests from across the globe.

What They Did During the Training

Learned telescope fundamentals and hands-on operations

Explored dark-sky conservation principles

Understood light pollution and practical ways to reduce it
