We have a new home!

The Sanergy Collaborative, Fresh Life, and Regen Organics Nairobi offices are now based at Nabico Plaza, 2nd Floor, 74 Enterprise Road, Industrial Area.

We are now settled into our new location and look forward to continuing our work and engagements from this space.

We are moving offices!

The Sanergy Collaborative, Fresh Life, and Regen Organics Nairobi offices will soon relocate to Nabico Building, 2nd Floor, 74 Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi.

We are excited to start this chapter as we settle into a new home that will support our work and continued collaboration

At Sanergy Collaborative, we believe that a healthy environment is the foundation of thriving communities and a sustainable future.

This World Environment Day, we are reminded that some of the most effective answers to environmental challenges can be found in nature itself. As climate change continues to impact communities around the world, nature teaches us the importance of balance, resilience, and stewardship principles that guide how we protect our environment and safeguard natural resources for generations to come.

As we reflect on the conversations sparked during Mental Health Awareness Month, we were honoured to host Tom Osborn, Co-Founder and CEO of Shamiri Institute, for an engaging learning session with our team.

We began the session with a “Three Good Things” exercise, encouraging us to pause and reflect on moments of gratitude, joy, and progress. This set the tone for a conversation on mental wellness, leadership, and the importance of creating safe spaces for honest conversations within the workplace and beyond.

Tom emphasized the importance of building strong support systems and structures around us to hold us on the days when we are not okay. It reinforced that wellbeing is not something we navigate alone, but it's strengthened through community, connection, and care.

How can we turn waste into power? This , themed “Our Power, Our Planet”, challenges us to accelerate the transition to renewable energy and build a cleaner, greener future. At Sanergy, we transform organic waste from households and markets into renewable energy, such as briquettes, reducing emissions, decreasing reliance on fossil fuels.

By turning waste into energy, we are protecting the planet!

Did you know that sugarcane farming supports numerous livelihoods across western Kenya? But sugarcane processing generates large volumes of bagasse waste that heavily contribute to environmental pollution. Today, we are converting bagasse into biochar - a stable, carbon-rich material that improves soil health, reduces emissions, and safely locks carbon for hundreds to thousands of years!

This is regenerative agriculture in action. We are creating sustainable solutions that support farmers, strengthen communities, and protect the environment.

Today we join the world in marking World Water Day. As the Sanergy Collaborative, we continue to play our part by providing safe, inclusive sanitation solutions that protect vital water sources. Through our waterless Fresh Life Toilets, we save billions of water each year and reduce the burden on women and girls. Where water flows, equality grows.

This World Water Day reminds us that are closely connected. In many communities, women and girls carry the greatest burden when water and sanitation are limited, spending hours collecting water, navigating unsafe facilities, all while managing other daily responsibilities.

Safe, clean and accessible water plays a vital role in making life easier and more equitable for women and girls. It improves health, education and the overall quality of life for communities at large. Where water flows, equality grows.

International Women’s Day 2026 offered a moment to pause and reflect on growth, balance, and the power of investing in ourselves as women of the Sanergy Collaborative.

This week, we brought our ladies together for a special reflective session that created space for inspiration and introspection. Through a vision board exercise facilitated by Gladys Wanene and a powerful “Tree of Life” session guided by our key guest, psychologist and mental well-being strategist Tara Ndichu, we visualized the aspirations, goals, and lives we hope to shape; and explored the values, experiences, and relationships that shape who we are.

The conversations of the day were honest and deep. They were a reflection of how women often pour into others that they sometimes forget to nurture themselves. IWD 2026 was a reminder that investing in our own well-being is indeed the first step to investing in others.
