THURSDAY – MAY 14

📍 Hotel Alegria, Sebeș
🕓 4:00 PM – Welcome for guests and ASFOCH members
• Check-in, accommodation, and official reception
🕖 7:00 PM – ASFOCH General Assembly
• At Hotel Alegria

🕥 10:30 AM – Departure by coach
📍 From Hotel Alegria parking lot → Alba Iulia Fortress
• Participants wear festive uniforms
🕚 11:00 AM – CHIMNEY SWEEP PARADE – 3RD EDITION
• Official parade in Alba Iulia
• Route around and inside the fortress
🕑 2:00 PM–4:00 PM – Festive Lunch
📍 Inside Alba Iulia Fortress
🕕 6:00 PM – Return by coach
📍 Alba Iulia Fortress → Hotel Alegria, Sebeș
🕗 8:00 PM – Festive Dinner & Anniversary Celebration 🎉

💰 Participation Fees
The price includes all meals included in the program:
✔ Breakfast
✔ Lunch (Friday / Saturday)
✔ Dinner (Friday / Saturday)
🏨 Accommodation + Full Board:
• 1,300 Lei / Per person – Double room
• 1,100 Lei / person – Triple room
📌 For those who choose different accommodation and only wish to participate in the two lunches at the fortress and the two dinners at the Hotel Alegria, this is possible. Details will be arranged individually with the ASFOCH Secretariat.
