Carried on the charitable work such as establishing and maintaining the Orphanages for Orphans and destitute children, Homes for aged widows, asylums for blind and crippled and to provide with feeding, shelter, education and clothing irrespective of race, color, tongue, community and sex.
2. Provided opportunities for the rural people especially of weaker section to grow in understanding and res
ponsibility in order to do better and become worthier citizens by uplifting from the poverty line and encourage alternative methods to attend to the needs of those in suffering and crisis.
3. Promoted community health programmes, sanitation and maternity and child health programmes and to undertake integrated child development service programmes with the co-operation of national and international agencies and welfare activities for development of deprived children.
