Scam at toll to collect cash, be cautious

2 cars ahead of me, the operator is asking him to move the car back and forth and finally says “it’s not working/ suspended/ blacklisted “. Next car he sends through auto reading the rfid. My car (assuming I don’t observe) enacts the first scene ( moving back and forth). Radio frequency waves are much powerful than barcode scanning or shampoo on screen etc.
I told him that there is Government Order that if it is not working then it is free and showed the below news link. Suddenly he says “sorry sir, it’s working, you may go”.
So their objective is to make you pay cash and the only motive could be not to pay taxes. So which means all these years they have not been paying taxes for the crores of rupees collected. Don’t get fooled. Every time they say it’s not working, please say that you have the copy of the government order which says that it is free if RFID is not working. Please share this with all your contacts and if you deem right, across your social media platforms.

As of December 15, the government says that 1.15 crore FASTags have been issued.
