Successful WWTP Upgrade & Automation Project Completed
We are proud to announce the successful completion of a major overhaul and modernization project for an industrial wastewater treatment plant serving a leading beef processing facility.
The scope of works included:
✔ Installation of a new plant-wide control system
✔ Replacement and commissioning of new pumps and process tanks
✔ Full automation of the treatment process
✔ Integration of PLC and HMI systems for enhanced operational control, monitoring, and efficiency
✔ Comprehensive testing and commissioning of the upgraded facility
A key milestone of this project was the seamless transition to the new system during a tightly managed weekend shutdown. Through careful planning, coordination, and ex*****on, flows were successfully diverted and transferred to the upgraded plant with minimal disruption to operations.
A special thank you goes to the entire Mulwaste team, whose dedication, professionalism, and commitment saw them work long hours throughout the shutdown period to ensure a safe and successful switchover. Their effort was instrumental in delivering this project on schedule and to the highest standard.Special thanks to Smarttanks - Waste Water Treatment Solutions for carrying out the Electrical install .
