SUPERVISOR
The Supervisor manages people, and process and must comprehend complex operations. Top-notch communication skills are important to be able to clearly communicate expectations with all members of the team. The Supervisor’s goal is to ensure that services are delivered at maximum quality in a profitable manner. By giving clear and timely instructions, the Supervisor oversees the work of other employees to ensure successful completion of tasks.
The Successful Supervisor possesses acute problem solving skills, and motivates staff results by communicating job expectations; meticulous planning, monitoring, and appraising. When necessary, the Supervisor must take on the role of coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees as well as initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. The Supervisor must maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process, understanding the inevitable variables, and facilitating corrections. The Supervisor is an integral part of the business process, and team, and must be highly competent, respected and trustworthy in all areas.

• Prospect and sign clients to Bonvas Cleaning Services
• Supervise cleaners under your flied
• Skilled at motivating others to grow and be better; elevating the team
• Quick and appropriate resolution of any and all challenges, discrepancies or miscommunications
• Dedication to maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Ability to effectively communicate at every level within the organization
• A positive and infectious attitude
• Manage daily schedules and track the progress of task Assigned
SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Higher National Diploma or Higher
• Proven experience as Supervisor or similar management role
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office
• Organizational, coaching and leadership abilities
• Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
