Week one of our April round is done. This week saw us clean 163 propertys across the city ranging from huntington, clifton moor, rawcliffe & warthill, tomorrow we will be in strensal for the day then it will be back to Haxby & Wiggington for the remainder of the month. We even had time to squeeze in a full gutter&fascia clear out and clean down for some of our lovely regular customers to finish the week.

First working week of March ✅ we started the week in Haxby (just like we do every week) with both Curious Coffee & Quinns getting their weekly shine, we then diasppeared for the rest of the week completing 143 jobs across Easingwold, Shipton, Huntington, Clifton Moor, Rawcliffe & Warthill. We then returned after a call from our friends at Millers who needed us to empty the overflowing gutters on the shop and also clean all windows, frames, sills & paintwork.

Back tomorrow morning bright & early where we will be in strensall for the day then from tuesday we return to Haxby & Wiggington where we are blocked out until the end of the month.

What an unbelievable start to March. The temperature is on the rise with not a drop of rain in sight. We began early this morning working from Easingwold through to Shipton, Newearswick & Huntington finishing with some scheduled quotations on our way back home. 18 days until its offically spring but we are feeling it already.

Week 3 of the month complete Friday 23/1/2026.

This week saw us clean just over 160 propertys ranging from Briergate, Furnwood, Pinelands, Springwood, Waterings, Walmer Carr, Greendike, Plantation, Woodlands, Meadow Lane, Ryemoor Road & Old Dikelands.

Usually we do any extra work on Gutters & Fascias picked up during the week on a friday but we swapped for thursday this week due to bad weather clearing out gutters in Briergate, Old Dikelands & Townend Gardens.

Tomorrow we will start week 4 of the round, we will begin on usher lane, up usher park turning back into swarthdale then oaken grove and all streets off it.

WEEK COMPLETE 🥳

Week 2 of 2026 is complete, just before dark. After Garth Court in huntington followed by our monthly visit to strensall on monday we returned to Haxby & Wiggington for the rest of the week, we cleaned 138 propertys ranging from Helmsley Grove, Lancar & Burrill, Windsor Drive, Townend Gardens, Calf Close, Windmill Way, Carmires, Millfiled, Towthorpe Road & Newforge Court.

We then used today (Friday) to catch up on some gutter & Fascia clean & clears, we started the day back in windsor drive, followed by castle close, back over to towthorpe road & calf close followed by a couple back in lancar & helmsley.

We return for week 3 on monday which will see us in Briergate, pinelands, springwood and then eastfield avenue, york road then old orchard, abelton & kennady drive.

WE ARE BACK 🥳

A fantastic start to 2026 ✅

Freezing temperatures meant we had to really dig in on our first week back to work for 2026 but with a bit of grit, determination and FREEZING cold hands we have completed all Work due in our week one. 199 window cleaning jobs & 2 gutter and fascia clean & clears complete across Easingwold, Shipton, Huntington, Clifton Moor, Rawcliffe and Warthill.

We will be back bright and early monday morning in Strensall then from tuesday we will be back in Haxby & Wiggington for the remainder of the month.

✅ F E B R U A R Y C O M P L E T E ✅

What a month, we've been up-against it from the get go, it's been cold wet & windy but by the skin of a leap year today we got finished. We took some of week 3 into week 4 starting Monday & only had 4 days to complete with Friday being March 1st, 201 property's were due and 199 were done, two un-able to do due to building works. A monster effort from the lads and a great sense of achievement on finishing.

We will be back to re-start our week 1 work on Monday 4th and will be in Huntington, Strensall, Rawcliffe, Clifton Moor and Warthill throughout the week returning to Haxby & Wiggington for the remainder of the month from the 11th.

What an un-believable first week back to work this week for Crystal Clean Services. An amazing start to 2024, 126 propertys cleaned (all by traditional method) 3 gutter clear outs and 3 gutter & fascia clean and clears, aswell as our weekly commercial jobs, York Theatre Royal, Curious Coffee & Quinn's Wine Bar!

I have not been able to take on anymore work in fear of letting people down as we are so busy however, the last 2 months of 2023 we managed to secure another full time member of staff so I am going to start getting through the backlog of Facebook messages, txts and voicemails now that I know we can defintley accomadate new business.

Crystal Clean Services would like to welcome the all new Quinn's Wine Cafe & Kitchen to the village.

We will be providing a weekly internal & external clean of their windows just as we do for their neighbors Curious Coffee Co. Aswell as these two local businesses we also clean Bromwhich Butchers, Bromwhich Butties, Connexo Travel, Vision Hair & Beauty, the Methodist church and over 500 domestic properties across Haxby & Wiggington.

Another 6 day week done. It was a record breaking week for pricing new work, 27 houses in total that have been quoted, cleaned and added to our rota. We didn't quite get round them all so will be back out next week to quote the rest.

We finished the week on one of our new customers bungalow in haxby, this customer has opted for a monthly clean but firstly wanted us to do a full service, we began by emptying all the gutters of moss and made sure they were flowing correctly, then we cleaned them down with the fascia boards & soffits. We then did all the windows, frames & sills including door and lastly scrubbed the solar panels on the roof clean.

WOW what a week and month end. February is always a difficult month, it's short and the weather usually isn't the best, throw that in with it been the month all our Bi-monthly work is due and we were really up against it. 518 houses to clean and we completed 512 of them, 6 being missed due to garden or house renovations. It took us untill just before 6pm on Tuesday 28th to get everybody in even ordering tea from our friends at Hacis place to the van but we got there in the end.

With March starting on Wednesday and us not able to start the window cleaning again untill the first Monday of the month we caught up with some extras we had booked in.

Gutter & Fascia cleans in Mulberry Drive, Harewood Whin, Carr Lane and Keldale along with a Roof moss removal in Rushwood lastly finishing on a bird proofing job on 16 panel solar panels in Skelton (thanks to our friend Luke from Vista Clean for the reccomendation on that one)

We start all over again Monday morning, the first week of the month is always the best to get us if you want adding to the round as we leave Haxby before returning there again for a solid three weeks after. Huntington, Strensall, Clifton Moor, Rawcliffe & Warthill we will see you next week.
