Sitting here with my diary and I cannot believe it is coming up to 1 year since I started Kleen cleaning services! I really wasn’t expecting anything to come of it and would just slowly delete my page and pretend it never happened lol but here I am fully booked with regular clients and I have a waiting list!

Thankyou for all my clients, for taking your time to recommend me to your friends and family , for writing a little review or for simply trusting me in your homes , I am forever greatful 💕

My last day is Friday 19th December and I will be back working on Monday 5th January.

In January I have one monthly slot available and I also take on one off cleans and deep cleans

‼️ CANCELLATIONS ‼️

I really hate to have a moan… but could I please ask everyone to be a little more mindful when cancelling your scheduled cleans, especially the night before or on the day?

I completely understand that emergencies happen and people get ill, life happens! But being self employed means I take the financial hit. I’m always very understanding and laid back, but I’d really appreciate a bit of reciprocation.

One week recently I had three cancellations, which was a big chunk of my wages gone and with bills to pay and kids to feed, that’s just not sustainable.

I’ve always preferred not to take payments up front, but I’m starting to understand why so many small businesses have to put these policies in place. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support 💛
