Just a quick note, to inform you guys, Stephen will not be out on Thursday, and will provide a very limited local service on Wednesday, this is due to an essential repair needed to his car, he will be back at it on Friday as usual.
Paul will be still out and about doing a bit of covering for him.

Just a couple of reminders, of the changes we have been dealing with.

From 1st August 2026 bank transfer payments direct to your operator, will no longer be available. Instead customers will be sent an E invoice, with option to make card payments, securely with stripe. Direct from your invoice.

YOU WILL KNOW THAT INVOICE WILL COME FROM CLEARVIEW AS IT WILL HAVE YOUR CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER SHOWING. DO NOT PASS YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER TO ANYONE. IF IN DOUBT CONTACT US.

Friday night collections are also moving to a Saturday evening.

Customers can still pay by cash on day of cleaning, along with other methods.

Payments can now be made over the phone, again powered by Stripe. SECURELY!

WE DO NOT STORE CUSTOMER PAYMENT INFORMATION.

I said a year or two ago, that when we gain new customers, we cut prices.

ClearView cut the price of a house to £10

ClearView cut the price of a flat to £5

I am going one further. With immediate effect, commercial customers new and existing, will see cuts to their fortnightly price of a clean. We are smashing £6 off your price.

This will be a permanent cut. We are in the position to do that, and we have.

It's not about the money we take in, it's about the service we provide, I've always said that, time and time again the messages we get are truly inspirational, and we thrive on that.

Myself and Paul like to think we do a good job and the feedback we get from customers is just phenomenal. (There you go Daniel that's how you spell it 😂)

Keep spreading the word people, your recommendations are very much appreciated, Thankyou to everyone for your amazing support, you are all just brilliant. We cannot keep ClearView going without you.

Stephen calls me this morning, (with a few choice words) expecting to do 3 New Customers, what he didn't realise when he got there, he ended up with another 7 New ones on the same street. I forgot to include them on the poota.
He ain't happy. 😂😂
He loves it really. Going to be a 6 day week for him and Paul. Ooops!!

How can other window cleaners justify charging £9.00 to clean a one bedroom flat, with that awful splash n dash system.

We got a call from a customer to rectify that. So I goes to have a look, and I was literally horrified. The mess that was left was unbelievable, the worst I've ever seen.

Our price for a one bed flat is now £5. Customer was a bit upset, so obviously I cleaned her windows again, traditionally and the best way, and of course I never charged her.

I think she was thrilled with the result.

Sorry, but these water pole hose systems need to be banned, I get horror stories all the time about them, most of them are just blatant ripoffs.

With ClearView we care when others don't. We pick up the mess others leave behind.

A long busy day with the soapmyster Paul, and we will be out again tomorrow, making magic. 🙂

Hot weather and possible thunderstorms continue to disrupt service.
Paul and Stephen will be back at it on Monday. Hopefully.
Soap and water evaporates within seconds on already hot glass, making the job horrendous to take off.
Sorry guys.
However, property pricing and estimates continue today for our new customers requesting our expertise.
Delays are possible from Monday onwards as we will be extremely busy, we may even recruit a temporary operator to help out. This week we have 44 new customers to fit in somewhere. 🤔

ClearView cut prices, not raise them.

We have come up with something special. All existing and new customers with a flat, your price is dropping.

With immediate effect anyone with a flat, will pay our new lower price of just a fiver.

Think we're joking, we're not.

£5 for a flat, wow. And it will stay at a fiver, as long as you are with us.

You know what to do...... Get to those phones.

Current temperature reading 27c and rising.

Insane for cleaning windows, nevertheless we are still working, not cleaning but chatting and pricing.

Me and Paul are out and about meeting our new customers, and gaining a few more at the same time.

Walking around the estates chatting to people enjoying the sun always a winner.
Picked up 17 so far on one street. Anaxing response.

Let's keep going.
