Hello all. In October I’ll be running this year’s London Marathon, raising money for Stroke Association. 🏃🏻‍♂️

As some of you may know, my dad suffered from several Strokes between 2020/21 and luckily has since made near enough a full recovery. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for some of the other 1.3 Million UK stroke survivors whose recovery isn’t as successful. This is why the Stroke Association are my charity of choice.

It would mean the world to me, dad and the Stroke Association if you could donate whatever you can and share this around. 💜

Busy day today managing to catch up with three jobs. 🥳

Have now pressure washed 8 driveways on one road in the Kingswood estate!

These steps at St Helens church in Watford haven’t been cleaned in over 20 years. Buzzing with the results 👌🏼

Went to clean one driveway this morning, came home with another 4 houses on the same road to complete over the next few days.
