On December 9th I will be participating in the Cardiff UWCB event in the Cardiff and Vale arena 🔥

I am grateful for the opportunity and glad that I have the chance to raise awareness for a charity of my choice 🙏🏽

I have decided to raise awareness for Mens mental health as it is not spoken on enough
There is to many men taking their own lives

If your feeling down or going through a rough time you can text me and I will help to the best I can , it’s okay not to be okay and we need to take a stand and normalise men talking about their problems and asking for help!

Always check on your mates and let them know their not alone you might just save a life 👊🏽
