A quick message from the ol' boss lady, as we are now in the throws of the summer holidays, everybody who is already a customer will be attended as normal, however potentially with myself or a different team member covering, that being said, if you have a member of the team turn up to cover & you are in situ please treat them with the same courtesy as the regular person & if there is anything specific that I may well have forgotten to mention to them please do so, whilst I do try to remember the specifics of every job there are a fair few of you wonderful lot & some details may well slip this tired brain! Our diary is closed now to any new customers until at least September, those lucky few newbies that nabbed the few slots we had open up, your bookings are in & secured... Now, all of you, have a wonderful summer! I look forward to catching up with as many of you as possible when I'm covering!

Rapidly approaching the deadline for invoices for work done in June to be paid! These MUST be paid by the end of this coming working week, e.g end of the day this coming Friday to ensure services continue, failure to pay will mean your services will be suspended until payment is received.

we are only human, sometimes (I know I do) I am working through tears of pain from a knackered shoulder, elbow & lower spine & I'm only in my 40's, but this knackered body has a lot of mileage on it 🤣 we keep going & we keep trying to improve, but sometimes, just sometimes, even for me, big honcho MD, it gets too much...
