Let's talk headlight repairs!

Most bodyshops would have ordered up a new headlight on this one but not at Dentec … We carefully assess the casing for cracks, fractures and water test every headlight we repair.

We understand the Environmental impact our sector has and are working to bring our Carbon footprint down by repairing over replacing where appropriate to do so. Below showcases how we do that with some process shots of a typical headlight repair along with a before and after shot ! I'm sure you'll agree this one turned out perfect!

With Cornerstone Training complete we were able to apply this repair methodology into our day to day. Below is a before and after of a C-Max which has been dressed and finessed to an almost metal finish.

The purpose of the techniques used here is to reduce the amount of Body Filler required in repairs and keeps this in line with the BS10125 Guidelines as well as providing a safe and cost effective repair to all parties concerned 🙂
