GREAT NEWS!!!

Just received an email from South East Water regarding our business and the hosepipe ban. As we are a ‘business’ you CAN still rent a Hot Tub and fill with a hosepipe.

To be clear, as I wouldn’t want to get anybody into trouble, this only applies to ‘businesses’ whose income is reliant on the provision of water via hosepipe so if you have your own Hot Tub apparently you can’t 🫤

South East Water email received 27/6/2023:

“Thanks for getting in touch. I hope you are well.

I can confirm as you are a business and this is part of your livelihood you would be exempt from the hose pipe ban. We have extended the list of exemptions to include commercial customers where using a hosepipe comprises a significant part of their business activities.
