One of the nicest parts of this job is knowing that, in a few hours' time, a family, a couple or a group of friends will walk through the door and start making memories.

By the time they arrive, our work is already done.

The beds are made, the property is clean, everything is in its place, and all they have to think about is enjoying their time in Cornwall.

It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day jobs, but every now and then it's nice to remember that we're helping create the start of someone else's holiday.

Every holiday home has a story behind it.

For some owners it's a family retreat, for others it's an investment they've worked hard for.

Either way, we know how important it is to look after every property as if it were our own.

We never lose sight of the trust that's placed in us every time we're handed the keys.

Working across Cornwall definitely has its perks.

Whether we're preparing properties for arriving guests or travelling between changeovers, it's nice to take five minutes and appreciate where we get to work every day.
