That’s four houses in a row now that we’ve replaced the guttering on — not to mention at least ten properties on this road alone (that we can remember).

If that’s not a recommendation for our gutter replacement work, I don’t know what is.

Gutter and fascia replacement!

Lovely way to round off the week 🔨

This one was overdue— the wooden fascia behind the guttering had been left exposed to the elements for quite some time. It had rotted quite badly, causing the gutters to sag under the weight of moss and almost tear away completely.

We opened everything up, removed the old mortar bird guard, stripped out the rotten timber, and re-lined the felt where required.
To finish, we installed a new fascia board and a fresh black gutter system, leaving everything watertight and flowing exactly as it should.

One of many jobs completed recently, but this one is definitely picture worthy. 🍃🍂🍁

All gutters cleared 🍃, water tested 💧, repaired where needed 🪛 and a gentle trim of the wisteria that was above the gutter line ✂️.

Certainly a good time to get your gutters cleared with all the leaves falling.

Beautiful replacement to cap off the week — and with that, we celebrate 20 years in business! 🎉

Must be into the thousands of these we’ve done by now!

Take a look at that nest 🐦 — this one was literally hanging on by about 4 pins.

All ripped off… well, more like a gentle tickle and it jumped off.

We’ve installed brand new:

Cladded soffits

Jumbo fascia

Half-round guttering

Round downpipes

And finished it all off properly with eaves trays and bird guard
