We often get asked the same questions before customers book with us, so we thought we’d answer some of the most common ones all in one place! 😊👇

💬 Do you come to me?�
🚚Yes! We’re fully mobile, so we can come to your home, workplace, or wherever is most convenient for you. Sit back and relax while we take care of your vehicle!

💬 How long does a valet take?
�⏱️ Our Standard Full Valet usually takes around 2 hours to complete. We take pride in our work and never rush a job—your car gets the time and attention it deserves.

💬 Do I need to provide water?
�💧 Nope! We carry our own water supply, so you don’t need to worry about providing anything.

💬 Can you remove pet hair?
�🐶 Absolutely! We offer pet hair removal as an additional service. Due to the extra time and effort involved, this does come at an additional cost.

💬 How can I make payment?
�💷 We accept both cash and bank transfer for your convenience.

💬 Do you offer regular maintenance appointments?
�📅 Yes! We can arrange regular valeting appointments to keep your vehicle looking its best. Our Standard Valet is the smallest package we offer, as we don’t believe in doing a rushed “quick hoover”—every vehicle receives the same high standard of care.

💬 Do I need to pay a deposit?
�✅ Yes. We ask for a £10 deposit for appointments under £100, and a £50 deposit for appointments over £100. Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, or we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

💬 Do you provide invoices?
�🧾 Yes! We can provide invoices whenever they’re needed.

💬 Are you insured?
�🛡️ Yes—we’re fully insured, so you can have complete peace of mind knowing your vehicle is in safe hands.

💙 A little honest post from me… 💙

I don’t usually like posting things like this, but I’d just like to ask for a little help from all of my lovely customers. 😊

As a small business, I carefully plan each appointment to make sure every vehicle gets the time and attention it deserves. 🚗✨

When booking, please let me know if your vehicle has:
🐾 Pet hair
☕ Coffee or drink spills
🍟 Food stains
🧹 Excessive mud, dirt or soiling
✨ Or anything else that may need extra time.

Please don’t worry—I promise I’m not here to judge! 😊 I genuinely see it all. If you’re unsure, just send me a few photos 📸 and I’ll happily advise.

A standalone valet is usually booked for around 2 hours. If I arrive and the vehicle needs significantly more work than expected, it can affect other customers’ appointments and may mean additional charges apply or, in some cases, the appointment needs to be rearranged.

To keep everything fair and transparent, I now send my Terms & Conditions before every booking. By accepting them, you understand that additional work may incur extra charges if the vehicle’s condition is different from what was described.

💙 A Big Thank You! 💙

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who bought raffle tickets and supported my charity raffle. Because of your kindness and support, we’ve been able to raise an AMAZING £300 for Willen Hospice.

Every ticket bought made a real difference, and truly appreciate each and every one of you who got involved.

It means a lot to be able to give back to such a fantastic local charity, and this wouldn’t have been possible without my customers and supporters.
