🔧 WE’RE GROWING — AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT ENGINEER

FloTech Plumbing & Heating Engineers Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Plumber / Heating Engineer to join us on a self-employed basis.

But here’s the thing…

We’re not looking for just anyone.

We want someone who takes pride in their work.
Someone reliable.
Someone who turns up when they say they will.
Someone who cares about doing the job properly.

In return, we want to give you what every good engineer deserves:

💷 Good rates of pay
📅 Consistent work all year round
🛠️ Quality jobs — not just chasing call-outs
🤝 A team that actually supports each other
📈 The opportunity to grow with the business

We’re building FloTech with the aim of creating a company where customers get a first-class service and the engineers delivering it are genuinely valued.

There’s plenty of work ahead, and we want the right people alongside us as we continue to grow across Devon and the South West.

If you’re a skilled plumber/heating engineer and think you could be a good fit, get in touch for a confidential chat.

And if you know an engineer who might be looking for a change, tag them below or share this post. 👇
