Maintenance works with our in house Cherry picker on site within the hour for emergency works to be addressed. Got a little bit carried away with my scene today it's easy to forget what a beutiful waterfront we have here in Plymouth.

Do people polish their plant machinery, well here at 1st choice cleaning services we believe that first impressions will give a positive reaction to your business so the Cherry picker was given some good old elbow greese and was treated to a full wax and polish ahead of a on site demonstration for a potential new client.

Roof Cleaning,Gutter Clear and Full property clean down.

Customers were having problems with excess moss constantly blocking the gutters and over spilling onto the front and rear gardens, one chimney pot had blown off in the recent high winds which required replacing and whilst working on the chimney we removed the unused Aerial also. Using our in house Cherry picker we were able to carry out a safe and proffesional clean using low pressure steam this increases the clean with minimal pressure being applied to the roof tiles and minimises the amount of water being applied to the roof, no need for any harmful chemicals and maintain more of a natural look on the finished product finished of with a full gutter clear and clean down of all pvc amd wall areas surrounding the properties. Finally when we have some better weather a sealant can be applied to further prevent moss growth and add a layer of extra protection to the roof tiles
