Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your clean. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client and manage my schedule fairly.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the scheduled clean cost.

However, if anyone in the household has a contagious illness (such as sickness bugs, flu, COVID, chickenpox, etc.), please let me know as soon as possible. In these circumstances, I will not attend the property due to the risk of infection, and the clean can be rearranged without charge.

Hi everyone sorry for the silence, it’s been a busy time but I am super grateful to you all for sharing my new business.

I just thought I’d let everyone know that I will not be taking on anymore new cleans until September when my children go back to school.

I have two weeks off in August and have planned all my cleans around that. My son is in holiday club so I can do the cleans that I already have. By all means message with your enquiry and I can get you booked in, in September.

Also after the summer I will post which slots I have available.

I thought it was about time that I introduced myself properly ❤️

I am Kelly, single mum to two children who are 7 and 12. Life is busy but launching my own business has just made it even more exciting 🤩

I have experience in housekeeping from working in hotels and doing changeovers in the Isles of Scilly. These were to an extremely high standard as someone used to check with a white glove after.
I also cleaned domestic private cleans more recently.

Cleaning clients houses makes me feel happy and helpful and I love how appreciative my clients are too for my help.

I work alone but may look to expand into a team in the future, so please bare with me in holidays and the occasional poorly child. I will be as flexible as I possibly can.

Thank you all for bearing with me whilst I set everything up, it’s very much appreciated ❤️

I am currently holding an introductory offer of £15 an hour for the first 4 hours.
For any continuous services it will be £20 an hour.

I am also holding an introductory offer for deep cleans too. These will be £20 an hour for the first 4 hours then £25 an hour going forward.

This includes all of my cleaning products and equipment. Let me know if you would like to book in 😊
